3 Bookings
All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation. A booking is confirmed only when we have received your booking request and provided written confirmation.
4 Pricing and Payment
Our prices are transparent with no hidden charges. Payment terms will be agreed at the time of booking. We accept bank transfers, debit/credit cards and other payment methods as specified.
5 Cancellations and Changes
If you need to cancel or reschedule your booking, please inform us as soon as possible. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled time may be subject to a cancellation fee.

Please ensure that all items are properly packed and ready for collection. You must provide accurate information about access, parking and any special requirements.
